The Pied Piper of Hamelin

Supposedly, there’s proof that the legend of The Pied Piper of Hamelin has real roots. There are certain historical documents that confirm the disparition of dozens of children from Hamelin, somewhere in the Middle Ages. Some theories assume that the legend is only a metaphor of the plague, some- that the children were sent to a crusade , and others- that it was only a migration of the population. However, there is a clear message to it- the given word should be respected! For those of you who don’t know, or don’t remember the story, here is a Disney rendition!

And next, my own vision of this dark fairy tale.
