Ethnic belt buckles
When I was a little girl, I used to make accessories from almost any material I found in my grandparents household. This habit stayed with me through the years, and as soon as I first saw the ottoman belt buckles from the 18th-19th century, I knew I had to find a way to make myself one! So I crocheted some twine as a belt, used some two round textile pieces and made myself something that slightly resembles those magnificent metallic buckles. Maybe someday a fairy godmother will come and turn my belt buckles into real ottoman ones, like Cinderella had the luck 😛
